It is available in 5, 12 and 25 kg buckets.

Implementation method

Spread the glue on the surface with a toothed spatula with a thickness of 3 mm, and if the back of the tile is patterned or uneven, apply the glue on the back of the tile with a spatula.
Install the tile by applying pressure on the surface and move it slowly in place for better adhesion while pressing.
If the surface layer of the glue dries, it should be troweled again before installing the tile.
In normal temperature and humidity conditions, the maximum running time is 20 minutes.
After installation, at least 60% of the back of the tile must be covered with glue, otherwise, a trowel with deeper grooves should be used.
Do not use at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.
The best temperature for glue drying is above 15 degrees Celsius.

Technical services

Aryashimi’s technical department is ready to cooperate and provide services in order to provide technical advice and how to use its products correctly.

Storage Period

It can be used for up to 12 months if kept in the recommended conditions and in the original packaging.

It should be kept away from cold and frost and direct sunlight and at a temperature of +5 to +35 degrees Celsius.

Benefits of use

  • Speed and ease of implementation and thus reducing implementation costs
  • Excellent adhesion with favorable properties against water
  • Appropriate flexibility and resilience against the limited movements of the building.

According to the surface under the work, the level of unevenness and the type of grooves behind the tile, about 3 to 4 kilograms of ARYASET-CP7 are needed to cover one square meter.

The curing time for tiles installed on water absorbing sections is after 24 hours, and for non-absorbing sections or tiles with large dimensions, it takes a longer time.
Use waterproof sealants in bathrooms and sanitary facilities.

Surface Preparation

The surface under the work must be healthy, smooth, clean, without the effects of grease and free from any dust, paint and loose particles.
Remove old tile glaze locally (at least 40%).
Before the implementation, the unevenness of the surface should be leveled using concrete glue and cement coating.
The surfaces of plaster walls, chipboard, light concrete and asbestos sheets should be saturated with arichemical primer before implementation.
