The method of making construction lining mortar and universal coating

Preparation of construction mortar according to the formula: (one cup of TK2 + one or two cups of water) the mixture and solution obtained as mortar water in dry mortar ready to the formula (zero to 2.5 mm sand 15 kg + cement 5 kg) as needed be added Preparation of mortar according to the amount of work should be mixed up to one hour.
This mortar can be traditionally applied as a lining coating with a maximum thickness of 15 mm on concrete and brick surfaces.
For greater thicknesses, it is repeated with a time interval of at least 4 hours.
The above-mentioned mortars can be used for local repairs and general coating.

Surface Preparation

The surface under the work should be removed from any pollution, grease, dust and surface decay.
Loose and porous areas should be completely removed by mechanical methods.

Safety Tips

Avoid direct and permanent contact of this substance with the skin.
As a chemical substance, protective gloves and safety glasses should be used to avoid contact with skin or eyes.
In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of water.

The method of making local and global softening mortar

Preparation of smoothing coating according to the formula: (three cups of siliceous soil + one cup of cement) instead of water, add the required amount of solution (one cup of TK2 + one or two cups of water) to prepare the smoothing mortar.
The resulting mortar with a maximum thickness of 3 mm is applied and smoothed on the lining surface after primer with a metal trowel.
In places where the surface needs to be leveled, immediately after the execution, you can lay the tip or acrylic mesh on the surface and trowel until the mortar comes out of the mesh opening and create a coating on the surface.
To increase the safety factor, acrylic mesh can be used locally or globally.
After coating, the working surface should be kept moist for 5 days, away from sunlight, and after 10 days, the above surface can be used.
